When Jeff Novack saw the potential in restoring this lovely Wenham, MA home, he got right to work researching options. The team discovered, in their research, evidence showing that at one point, this home built in the 1800's faced the street. The Novack Properties team then worked with the Wenham Historic District Commission to gain approval for the "spin" of this house to make it more welcoming!
The undertaking of moving the home was quite a sight to see. Many members of the town government, local police and residents came to watch the show. The foundation of the original home was in severe disrepair so since the whole thing had to be replaced, why not make it sit just right?
In collaborating with the Town of Wenham, Novack Properties was able to realize its vision of restoring this historic home to its proper placement on the property. The team achieved Jeff Novack's goal of reimagining and rebuilding this home to its original grandeur and beauty.
